Payments are processed through Zenoti and Stripe.

By submitting payment information, you:

Authorize FX Med Spa and its payment processors to charge your payment method.
Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Agree that unpaid balances may be charged to your provided payment method.

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by our in-office policies at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment, software, internet access, and devices necessary to use the Services.

FX Med Spa is not responsible for technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or device incompatibility.
